Can you tell us about yourself and your background?
I have worked in the Financial Services industry for over 27 years, primarily in Distribution. My focus has been on delivering superannuation and wealth management solutions to wealth advisers in Queensland.
I have also been an Executive Director of Women in Super (National) and Chair of Women in Super (Queensland).
How did you come to be part of the Pallas Capital team?
My first contact with Pallas Capital was a discussion with Mark Spring (Executive Director). It was a great conversation and I immediately knew this was a company I wanted to be part of.
Joining Pallas Capital has enabled me to combine my passion for real estate with my background in wealth management. It has also allowed me to be aligned with an organisation that shares my values of operating with honesty and integrity across all aspects of business. You can’t put a price on that.
What does a typical workday look like for you at Pallas Capital?
Pallas Capital has only recently launched in Brisbane, so I spend my days building brand awareness for our business as well as working with High Net Worth, Family Offices and Wealth Advisers to provide them with investment solutions that meet the needs of their clients.
Beyond this, you’ll also find me researching and building my knowledge of the CRE debt asset class, following interest rates trends, real estate and any other news that may be relevant for the benefit of my clients.
What has been your highlight at Pallas Capital so far?
Having the opportunity to establish Distribution for Pallas Capital in Brisbane and launch our business to the local market.
It’s been such a unique and exciting challenge and one I feel incredibly honoured to have been chosen for.
What are your personal goals for 2022 outside of Pallas Capital?
I am currently planning my wedding in New York for February 2023. That takes up most of my spare time right now.
