Guests heard from Director of Hacer Group, Vin Sammartino, on impacts to the current construction environment, Chris Pulvirenti, Director – Valuation & Advisory at Savills Australia on strategic advice in the current market for private developers, and Dan Gallen, Chief Investment Officer at Pallas Capital on the state of the property market alongside any risks or opportunities for asset prices throughout 2023 and into next year, and the outlook for funding liquidity over the next 12 months in the non-bank space.
