Pallas Capital is pleased to announce a series of promotions across its New Zealand Origination function, recognising the contribution and continued development of several team members:
- Simon Gordon and Andrew Dorgan promoted to Director
- Sophie Surridge to Associate Director
- Maggie Yang to Associate
- Andrew Bell to Senior Analyst
The appointments reflect both individual achievement and Pallas Capital’s ongoing commitment to investing in its people.
These promotions also follow a period of continued growth for Pallas Capital’s New Zealand platform, driven by strong demand for its lending solutions and increasing engagement across both broker and direct origination channels. Over the past 12 months, Pallas Capital has continued to invest in its distribution capability, expanding its business development team, strengthening broker engagement and enhancing its direct-to-developer offering through strategic appointments.
Today, Pallas Capital’s Origination team comprises 17 employees across Australia and New Zealand, supporting borrowers, brokers and developers across both markets.
