NB. The BKBM Benchmark represents the mid-rates for Prime Bank eligible securities that are traded in the local New Zealand market and administered by the New Zealand Financial Benchmark Facility (NZFBF), a subsidiary of the New Zealand Financial Markets Association (NZFMA). Pallas observes, (to two (2) decimal places), the 30 day BKBM Benchmark, at or around 10:30am (Auckland time) on the 1st day of each calendar month, and applies this rate for each distributable monthly period. Refer to Information Memoranda for detailed Fund information, fees and costs, commercial terms and investment risks. The BKBM rate captured at April 2026 is 2.43%.
